Bringing Youth Gymnastics Classes to Ventura and Los Angeles Counties for Over 30 Years

Our Team
Owner and head coach Duncan Young has been coaching gymnastics for more than thirty years throughout the county including recreational classes for the cities of Port Hueneme, Ventura and Santa Paula. Duncan has worked with special needs athletes as head gymnastics coach for Ventura County Special Olympics. Through gymnastics, Duncan has fostered positive qualities in his students such as perseverance, discipline and self-awareness. Some of his students have gone on to promising careers as competitive gymnasts. Many students have gone on to excel in higher education and in the work-force. Those successful students have often cited the experience and personal attributes that they gained in Duncan’s classes as a foundation for their success. |

At Cartwheel A-Go-Go our coaches have extensive experience coaching men’s and women’s junior Olympic programs. Curriculum is planned in advance based on the class skill levels, individual needs of the students and taught by head coach Duncan Young. Duncan is first-aid and CPR certified as well as a member in good standing of USA Gymnastics. |
